Don't know if this food truck is still open/active. When I ride by, there's no one working from the truck, the hours on the website aren't accurate and for it to he a business, the phone number on file does not work. At least update your website information.

Let me tell you something. This food is amazing! It's a trailer next to a gas station so the atmosphere is terrible and you may have to wait for service but it's worth it. They actually use seasoning. The shrimp was incredible. The slider burgers have golden sauce and red bell peppers. The wings I got with Sweet and Hot but his specialty is the Golden Flavor. If you're tired of bland food with the same flavor as everyone else, this is your place. Love and soul has been added to this food.

Baby... when I tell you everything was on point and delicious 😋 lt was.... Finger licking good.Got full and still was eating. I will be going back !! I tried the Wayne Head special.

Wayne Heads Southern is a carry out restaurant located adjacent to the Texaco gas station off of NE 16th Ave in Gainesvillle. There is limited off street parking but most parking is located in the gas station parking lot. The majority of the menu items are fried but the flavor is very good. I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries and the meal was made to order, fresh and hot. Very good flavor and portion size was good for the price. Be prepared to wait because all orders are made fresh but it's worth the wait. They have a seating area if you want to eat on-site but it only has a seating capacity of 10. If you want some quick soul food that tastes good, this is your place.

This is an amazing roadside kitchen in a gas station lot. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had wings, fried shrimp and FF. The wings has an amazing crunch to them and the Cajun ranch sauce had the right amount of heat without burning your face off. (Also got the golden bbq which was absolutely killer) The fried shrimp were perfectly cooked, I used to roll served with the meal to make little sliders with the extra Cajun sauce in the container. The fries were perfectly seasoned and easy to eat too many! Well done guys! We won't be in the area for a long time but will never forget it!
